5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the website and service (for example, hosting, analytics, or customer support tooling), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup data is retained according to your configuration and is stored in your own AWS S3 bucket.
